The original agency catalog description reads: Audience: Commander's' Call. Synopsis: At Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, the 12the Flying Training Wing (FTW) is tasked with turning rated pilots into instructor pilots. On 16 June 1943, Captain Jay Zeamer piloted his B-17 over enemy-held territory for a photo reconnaissance mission and was attacked by enemy fighters. Despite serious injury, he maneuvered his damaged B-17, allowing his gunners the opportunity to fight off the attack. Captain Zeamer was awarded the Medal of Honor. The neonatal care unit at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas: one of the best hospitals anywhere. Throughout the Air Force, infants in need of neonatal care not available at their base will receive the highest quality care possible at Wilford Hall. Purpose: To explain the Air Force mission and accomplishments.

Jay Zeamer Jr. (July 25, 1918 – March 22, 2007) was a pilot of the United States Army Air Forces in the South Pacific during World War II, and received the Medal of Honor for valor during an air mission on June 16, 1943.
